To Simplify

one small (one a day) multivitamin
50mg enteric coated peppermint oil before each meal
Or peppermint altoids...two before and after every meal and between meals.
one ibuprofen (200mg) or Advil, motrin... take with a glass of water and never when dehydrated

1200-2000 iu of vitamin D (30-50mcg) and more in fall and winter (2000-4000iu It should say cholecalciferol on the back) . A winter dosage of around 2-4000iu of D in northern latitudes is a safe and good target.

100 mcg selenium

400mcg folic acid (especially if you get sun or uv light)

25-100 mcg B12

2-5 1000 mg fish oil (enteric coated fish oil has fewer burps...it doesn't have a fish taste, goes down easier and may work better) I take 6 capsules in the winter. If you get hyper reduce dosage to 4

2-1000 mg flax oil may be an option, I don't think its as effective as fish oil but it may have other merit.

All supplements should be taken with food which must include some fat or oil to fully absorb the Vitamin D. Do not take the Vitamin D with only water..you won't get its benefits. The ibuprofen should be taken with a glass of water or fluid

If its too much in the beginning...some can't take a quantity of vitamins...then start slow and take baby steps. This should be easy, healthy and it works over time so be patient.

I buy all my supplements at any large chain or online...Get the least expensive supplements you can find. This should cost about 25 cents/day.

Finally, This won't help all, but it will help many. This has worked for me and many others. If you have a doctor, let him or her know what supplements you are planning to take. Get their best advice, they have an intimate knowledge of your situation and can give you the best guidance.

A beginning

I named this after my father who endured for much of his life with little relief. As my inflammation increased from age 40 and on...for the first ten years it was a minor problem and one i could try to forget about but in the last 5-10 years it began to turn severe . I developed this formula by complete chance, completely cleared on it, forgot the ingredients in the formula (yes, true) and have spend the last five years trying to piece together what i had forgotten. The second year, i remembered the one ibuprofen and that added to the formula gave some good control for the next four years. The original complete results were still elusive.... I assumed it was due to aging and i became resigned to the fact that any control meant constant changes in diet, dosage etc....but i always had the nagging feeling that i had forgotten something else...that it wasn't quite right.

This was until this past summer when i realized that i was on peppermint altoids six years ago while trying to quite smoking and that fall had quit them along with the ibuprofen which i took for pain....looking up the effects of peppermint along with the other ingredients it was apparent that the menthol and other components of peppermint were another missing ingredient......since then i have had improved control by adding probiotic yogurt....its slow but absolutely no inflammation and steady control

If you are on some current treatment certainly don't drop what you are doing if it involves standard medicine.

If you have sarcoidosis, hyperparathyroidism, lymphoma or are allergic to aspirin or ibuprofen...then this is not advised

If you have any questions regarding results, dosages, supplements or my barneys dietary supplement which includes most of the formula in one capsule
